On 12/01/2016 Investigators arrested and charged 44 year old James Lamar Newby, of Price Street, with Theft of Property 2nd degree and Receiving Stolen Property 2nd degree. Bond has been set at $25,000.

All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
