Dothan Man Charged with Third Degree Burglary

On October 25, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a burglary in progress at a business located in the 2100 block of Columbia Highway. Police were notified by the company’s security monitors who were able to give police a description of both suspects. Police quickly saturated the area and located and arrested both suspects bringing the case to a close.

 

 

·        Paul Spahlinger, white male, 18 years of age, of South Edgewood Drive was arrested and charged with Third Degree Burglary with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

 

·        A second suspect, a juvenile was also arrested.
