Dothan Man charged with Three Counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a motor vehicle.

On January 21st, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent rash of vehicles being unlawfully entered in the 3200 block of East Main Street.
Investigators say on the evening of July 16th, 2014, James Thomas Jr. went to the Palms Trailer Park and attempted to enter multiple vehicles throughout the property without the permission of its owners. Thomas Jr. gained access to three of those vehicles that were left unlocked and took assorted property from each. Thomas Jr. was identified after a witnessed observed him in possession of items taken from the vehicles while still on the property.
Warrants for the arrest of James Thomas Jr. were issued on July 17th, 2014. His arrest now brings this case to a close.
- James Quadarius Thomas Jr., black male, 20 years of age, of Thunderbird Drive was arrested and charged with three counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a motor vehicle.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
