Dothan Man Charged with twenty counts of Fraudulent use of a Credit/Debit Card

On March 23, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card investigation. Investigators say Charles Thomas took the credit/debit card of a relative without permission and used it multiple times to withdraw undisclosed amounts of U.S. currency. Thomas was questioned about the event and admitted he took and used the card. The arrest of Thomas now brings this case to a close.
- Charles Nicholas Thomas, white male, 34 years of age, of Alpine Lane was arrested and charged with twenty counts of Fraudulent use of a Credit/Debit card with bonds totaling $50,000. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
