Dothan Man charged with two counts of Aggravated Criminal Surveillance

On July 22nd, 2014 the Dothan Police Department arrested Rodney Bolin after investigators say he set up surveillance cameras in the bedroom of the victim, a female, over the age of 18, without her knowledge.
Investigators say on two occasions, Bolin used this camera with no regard for the victim’s expectation of privacy, as the footage revealed she was captured in the nude in both instances.
Bolin was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Criminal Surveillance. His arrest now brings this case to a close.
- Rodney Bryan Bolin, white male, 54 years of age, of Rendale Road was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated Criminal Surveillance. Bonds have been set on each count and total $10,000.00.
