Dothan Man Charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance

On February 20, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony narcotic arrest following a traffic stop. Police say a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle believed to be involved in an unrelated complaint. The driver was identified as Patrick Wright and during the investigation, officers found him to be in possession of cocaine.  The driver was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

• Patrick Wright, black male, 32 years of age, of Collier Street was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $15,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
