Dothan Man Charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance

On February 24, 2013, officers on foot patrol came in to contact with Santiago Jimenez-Lara after observing him acting suspiciously outside of a local business. The officers detained Jimenez-Lara at which time he was found to have a small bag of powdered cocaine in his possession.

• Santiago Jimenez-Lara, Hispanic male, 30 years of age, of Mona Drive was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $15,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
