Wednesday, December 23, 2009 Dothan Police responded to the Waffle House Restaurant located at 2849 Ross Clark Circle reference to an Indecent Exposure call.  Upon arrival, officers found white male Joel H. Napier and white female Cynthia M. Casper, both of Dothan, parked in the parking lot partially clothed in full view of restaurant patrons.  Both subjects were arrested, charged with Public Lewdness and transported to the Dothan City Jail.
