Dothan Police Arrest Three for Trafficking in Methamphetamine

On July 18, 2012 the Dothan Police Department Vice Unit served a search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of Fairlane Drive following a recent investigation. Just prior to the warrant being served, Tony Raybon, a person suspected to be involved in the case was seen leaving the residence and an investigative traffic stop was performed on the vehicle. During the stop methamphetamine was found in the suspects’ possession. The search warrant was then served and Donna Kelly was detained after investigators discovered she was possession of marijuana. A third person, Terry Kelly was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. During the course of the search, investigators seized approximately 35 grams of Methamphetamine oil along with precursor chemicals, approximately 3 grams methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. All three suspects were arrested and charged with manufacturing and trafficking in methamphetamine.
· Tony Raybon, white male, 36 years of age, of Fairlane Drive was arrested and charged with First Degree Manufacturing and Trafficking in Methamphetamine with bond being established later today.
· Terry Kelly, white male, 50 years of age, of Fairlane Drive was arrested and charged with First Degree Manufacturing and Trafficking in Methamphetamine with bond being established later today.
· Donna Kelly, white female, 40 years of age, of Fairlane Drive was arrested and charged with First Degree Manufacturing and Trafficking in Methamphetamine with bond being established later today.
