Dothan Police Arrest Two for First Degree Possession of Marijuana

On July 5, 2012 the Dothan Police Department Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Fourth Avenue. Upon arrival, officer’s made contact with Lacy Martin and Samantha Shiver. Officers discovered both Martin and Shiver were in possession of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia which was seized as evidence. Both were placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana bringing this case to a close.

 

 

·        Lacy Martin III, black male, 21 years of age, of Fourth Avenue was arrested and charged with First Degree Possession of Marijuana with a $15,000 bond.

 

·        Samantha Shiver, black female, 37 years of age, of Fourth Avenue was arrested and charged with First Degree Possession of Marijuana with a $15,000 bond.
