Dothan Police Department Arrest Dothan Man For Violation of Notification Act

The Dothan Police Department actively monitors convicted sex offenders to ensure compliance with the Notification Act. On May 30, 2012, investigators made contact with an offender failing to stay within compliance of this law resulting in a two count felony arrest.

 

 

·        Will Lee White, black male, 49 years of age, of East Linda Lane was arrested and charged with two counts of Violation of Notification Act with bonds totaling $10,000.
