Dothan Police Department Arrest Two For Second Theft of Property

On May 17, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft in progress at Wal-Mart, 4310 Montgomery Highway. Members of the store’s security team contacted police to report two females entered the business and filled a shopping cart with multiple items before exiting the store without paying for the items. The suspect’s fled before police arrived, however an alert patrolman located the suspect vehicle a few moments later and conducted a traffic stop. The stolen items were recovered and both suspects were taken into custody.
· Lisa Garwood, white female, 42 years of age, of Butler Road was arrested and charged with Second Theft of Property with a $2,500 bond.
Gayle Robinson, white female, 60 years of age, of Butler Road was arrested and charged with Second Theft of Property with a $2,500
