The Dothan Police Department is seeking the help of our community in locating several suspects involved in separate incidents of theft by fraudulent leasing.
Investigators say Bryant Owens entered into a lease agreement with Aaron’s Rental located at 4111 Montgomery Highway in August (2012) in return for electronics. Police say a warrant for arrest has now been signed against Owens after an investigation revealed he has taken the property and failed to fulfill the payment agreement leaving the business with a financial loss.

Police say a warrant for arrest has now been signed against Garner after an investigation revealed he has taken the property and failed to fulfill the payment agreement leaving the business with a financial loss.
Investigators say Shalamar Jones entered into multiple lease agreements with Aaron’s Rental located at 4111 Montgomery Highway between April and June (2012) in return for furniture and electronics. Police say a warrant for arrest has now been signed against Jones after an investigation revealed she has taken the property and failed to fulfill the payment agreement leaving the business with a financial loss.
Police are asking anyone with information about the case or location of the suspect to call the Dothan Police Department or CrimeStoppers 334-793-7000.
· Bryant Owens, black male, 36 years of age, of Houston Street is WANTED for Theft by Fraudulent Leasing. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
· Roy Garner, white male, 33 years of age, of Nicholls, Georgia is WANTED for Theft by Fraudulent Leasing. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
