Dothan Police Department Make A Felony Arrest In Recent Burglary Investigation

On October 5, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent burglary investigation, involving Joseph Tice.
Investigators say on September 29, 2013, Tice forced his way into a home on the 100 block of Maple Court and stole several credit cards. Tice then used those credit cards at several businesses in Dothan without the victim’s permission.
Tice has been charged with second degree Burglary and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. His arrest now brings this case to a close.
Joseph Allen Tice, white male, 23 years of age, of Slocomb, Alabama was arrested and charged with second degree burglary and three counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit/debit card. A bond amount has been set at $75,000.00. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
