The Dothan Police Department is seeking the help of our community in identifying a wanted person. On June 1, 2012 officers responded to a complaint regarding theft of property at a local convenience store. Upon arrival, the victim told police he entered Lo Lo’s (3439 Denton Road) and made a purchase. The victim exited the store and realized he had not retrieved his wallet which was laid on the counter during the transaction. He walked back inside but was unable to locate the wallet. Investigators have now received surveillance video from the store which shows a black female wearing a tank top and pajama pants took the wallet off of the counter. Police are asking anyone with information about the case or identity of the suspect to call the Dothan Police Department or CrimeStoppers 334-793-7000.
Video is available at the front desk or on DPD facebook.
