Dothan Woman Charged First Degree Theft of Property

On October 28, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent theft complaint.
Investigators say Donna Buckley was employed by the victim as a caretaker for a family member. Throughout the month of October, Buckley took over $10,000.00 in assorted jewelry from the home and pawned the property at a local pawn shop.
Buckley was taken into custody and has been charged with first degree Theft of Property.
- Donna Lynn Buckley, white female, 42 years of age, of Springdale Drive was arrested and charged with first degree theft of property. A bond amount has been set at $30,000.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
