Dothan Woman Charged with 16 counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card

On May 13, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent theft investigation.
Investigators say Ashlyn Ray took possession of a stolen credit card and used it multiple times on May 7th, 2014 to make purchases at a local shopping center. Investigators say the credit card was stolen from the victim’s wallet and used without their knowledge, or permission.
Ashlyn Ray’s arrest now brings this case to a close.
- Ashlyn Brooke Ray, white female, 23 years of age, of South Ussery Street was arrested and charged with 16 counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card. Bonds have been set and total $240,000.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
