Dothan Woman Charged with Burglary 3rd

On June 17, 2015 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following two recent Burglary investigations.


Investigators arrested Kimberly Newton and charged her with burglary 3rd degree. Newton also had a warrant for a previous Burglary 2nd degree.


Newton was arrested and charged with one count of Burglary 3rd Degree for a Burglary that occurred on 06/17/2015 and one count of Burglary 2nd degree that occurred on 04/06/2015. Her arrest now brings these cases to a close. 



  • Kimberly Dawn Newton, white female, 47 years of age, of Mercury Drive in Dothan Alabama was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd degree and Burglary 2nd degree. A bond amount has been set at $80,000.00 for both Burglaries.


All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
