Dothan Woman Charged with First Degree Receiving Stolen Property

On February 27, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent theft investigation. Investigators say an unknown individual entered a vehicle parked in the 2300 block of Denton Road without the owner’s permission.  While inside that vehicle, that subject took a wallet, containing an undisclosed amount of U.S currency and other identifying documents that did not belong to them. Investigators located and arrested Letitia Demonia, after witnesses identified her as the subject in possession of those stolen items, after the incident occurred.


 



  • Letitia Jeanette Demonia, black female, 44 years of age, of Denton Road was arrested and charged with first degree Receiving Stolen Property. A bond amount has been set at $5,000.00.


 


All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
