Dothan Woman Charged with Second Degree theft of Property

On September 2nd, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent theft investigation.
Investigators say Emma Patrick was employed as a nursing aid on August 22nd, 2014 when she went to the home of the victim to provide assistance. While there, Patrick was observed taking the victims prescription medication and placing it in her pocket, before leaving the residence.
Patrick has been charged with second degree theft of property. Her arrest now brings this case to a close.
- Emma Eloise Patrick, black female, 43 years of age, of Jonathan Street was arrested and charged with second degree theft of property. A bond amount has been set at $2,500.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
