Dothan Woman Charged with Second Degree Theft of Property

On January 30, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a felony theft at a local department store. Police arrived on scene at Kohl’s, 4401 Montgomery Highway where loss prevention employees briefed them on their internal investigation which had revealed numerous thefts committed by a current employee. Investigators learned Sanora Dowell conducted a series of fraudulent transactions between December 2011 and January 2012 in order to obtain cash and gift cards. Dowell was charged with theft bringing the case to a close.

 

 

·        Sanora Jacqueline Dowell, black female, 21 years of age, of North Cherry Street was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $2,500 bond.
