Dothan Woman Charged with Seven Counts of Second Degree Forgery

On February 22, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent forgery investigation. Investigators say Nieshia Gaston knowingly wrote several checks at local businesses from a closed bank account totaling over $200.00. Gaston’s arrest now brings this case to a close.

 

• Nieshia Nicole Gaston, black female, 28 years of age, of Grant Street was arrested and charged with seven counts of second degree Forgery with bonds totaling $17,500. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
