Dothan Woman Charged with Third Degree Burglary

On April 21st, 2015 the Dothan Police Department responded to the Tractor Supply Company, located at 3375 West Main Street due to the activation of the company’s security alarm. Upon arrival, officers found equipment from the business outside of the locked fenced area and a ladder placed against that fence. Officers conducted a search of the property and located Amy Willis hiding inside of the fenced area.
Willis was taken into custody and charged with third degree burglary.
- Amy Sue Willis, white female, 37 years of age, of West Main Street was arrested and charged with third degree Burglary. A bond amount has been set at $10,000.00.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
