Jeff Golden recently recorded a song in Nashville which he wrote entitled "Southern". It was recorded at one of the top premier studios in Nashville. All (21) #1 hit songs by Jason Aldean has been recorded in this studio. Just a few of the other artists to record in this studio are...  The Beach Boys, Sheryl Crow, Johnny Cash, Sting, Elvis Presley, Kenny Rogers, Paul McCartney, Dolly Parton, Hank Jr., Travis Tritt, Alabama, Trace Adkins and many more. One of the producers that worked on Jeff Golden’s song is Grammy winner Peter Coleman who has produced for The Knack (My Sharona) and also worked with AC/DC, Pat Benatar, Cindi Lauper, Alabama, Blondie, Waylon Jennings .... as well as newer artists like Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett, Lady Antebellum, Keith Urban, and Miranda Lambert. The band used in the studio on Jeff’s song is called the present day "A Team" playing on hit songs by Garth Brooks, George Strait, Randy Travis, George Jones, Brooks & Dunn, TIM McGraw, Toby Keith, Cole Swindell, Don Henley, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Dolly Pardon, Big & Rich, Darius Rucker, Lynard Skynard, Eric Clapton, Kenny Chesney, Rascall Flatts, The Band Perry, Taylor Swift, Willie Nelson, Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, Alan Jackson, Kid Rock, Billy Currington, Fla.Ga. Line, Carrie Underwood, Jake Owen, Reba Mcentire, and  Keith Urban. Very soon the song will be released to all Country Music radio stations nationwide. ITUNES.etc. Mike Borchetta (responsible for signing Tim Mcgraw and many others) will be in charge of national radio promotions. This Friday night (when Jeff and his band take a break) at Buck Wild Saloon Dothan, the Nashville recording of the song will be played over the PA system for the very first time so everyone can hear the radio version of SOUTHERN. We hope you can come out this Friday for Jeff’’s "Southern"Celebration Party.
