DPD Press Release on Pappa John’s Robbery Attempt

Sunday, November 01, 2009 at 9:44 p.m. Dothan Police responded to a Robbery call in the 2000 block of Ross Clark Circle (Papa John’s Pizza). Two suspects attempted to commit Robbery, but were unsuccessful in their attempt and left the area. Both suspects were later apprehended by Dothan Patrol Officers. One suspect was apprehended during a traffic stop and the second suspect was located hiding behind a local school. The suspects, black male Damien Antwon Jackson, 22 years old, of Dothan and black male Desmond Nolan Rogers, 20 years old, of Dothan, were transported to the Dothan City Jail where they were charged with Attempted Robbery Second Degree and later transferred to the Houston County Jail with a bond set at $15,000 each.
