DPD: Suspect Charged with Attempted Murder

Sunday, February 07, 2010 at approximately 3:30 p.m. Dothan Police responded to a Firearms Assault in the 2400 block of Basin Avenue. The victim was grazed in the arm by a bullet shot by black male Julius Anthony Roy, 23 years old, of Dothan. Roy was apprehended by Dothan Patrol Officers and transported to the Dothan City Jail, where he was charged with Attempted Murder. The victim`s injury were non-life threatening.
