Rehobeth Elementary School celebrated Red Ribbon Week/Character Counts Week October 22-26. The students participated in many activities during the weeks’ celebration. Students have decorated the halls in RED, researched and written reports and made posters which display the effects of drug/alcohol abuse, and they have seen “drug awareness” videos. The activities of the week led up to the exciting finale….a pep rally, where the students and faculty cheered on “OUR CHOICE” which is to have good character (be trustworthy, respectful, responsible, fair, caring, and have good citizenship) rather than depend on drugs and alcohol!
