2:13 AM...Motor vehicle crash with entrapment and extrication on highway 52 inside Slocomb city limits. Wiregrass Lifeflight transported to SAMC trauma alert. 20 minute extrication time by Slocomb Fire Rescue. Slocomb Police Department and Geneva County Sheriff’s Office responded.
This was the first use of the new Holmatro Rescue Tools Slocomb Fire Rescue acquired thru a FEMA assistance to firefighters grant.
