Edged Weapon Assault at Summer Tree Apartments

DOTHAN: Dothan Police and Dothan Fire responded to a report of an edged weapon assault at Summer Tree Apartments. Reports are possibly a burglary in progress and it's reported that possibly two people are injured and the suspect is still on the scene armed with a butcher knife.

Police are on the scene and are advising that the suspect is no longer on the scene. Police know who the suspect is. Fire-medics are checking the victim or victims. Reports are the injuries are not life threatening at this time.
