Samson, AL: A Samson man has been arrested and charged with Theft of Property 2nd Degree for handing out merhcandise. Ian DeShawn Wallace was arrested on June 12, 2012 for handing out store merchandise and letting the customers pay him back at a reduced price. The employee was then keeping the money that the customers would pay him. Assistant Chief Darell Smith with the Samson Police Department says more arrests are forthcoming.
