The Enterprise Police Department is investigating multiple auto burglaries that occurred over the past few days. The auto burglaries occurred between November 23, 2015 and November 24, 2015 in the area of Cotton Creek. In the majority of these cases, there was no sign of forced entry in the vehicles. It appears the suspect(s) were targeting unlocked vehicles. The suspects stole firearms, portable electronics, and military equipment from the victim’s vehicles. The Enterprise Police Department obtained home security video from one of the auto burglary victims. The Enterprise Police Department is currently searching for two male suspects wearing hoodies that were seen in the video footage.
The Enterprise Police Department would like to remind the citizens of Enterprise not to leave valuable items in their vehicles and secure them in a safe place. The Enterprise Police Department asks that residents report suspicious persons or suspicious activity in their neighborhood. The Enterprise Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is investigating these auto burglaries/thefts and asks that anyone with information regarding these crimes to contact the Enterprise Police Department at (334) 347-2222 or leave us a tip at www.enterprisepd.com.
