Enterprise Police Needs Your Help with a Burglary and Arson Case

The Enterprise Police Department is investigating a burglary and arson that occurred at an unoccupied residence in the 3000 Blk of Hwy 167N Enterprise, AL.  At 3:10AM, the Enterprise 911 Center was notified of a house fire at this location and dispatched the Enterprise Fire Department.  At 10:15 AM, it was determined that the fire was started during the commission of a burglary and EPD Detectives were dispatched to the scene. The suspects made forced entry into the residence through a rear door.  A homeowner reported that home electronics and a large gun safe containing firearms and ammunition were among some of the property taken during the burglary.   According to the Enterprise Fire Department and the Alabama State Fire Marshall, several fires were started in separate locations in the home.  The residence received a large amount of damage as a result of the fire.  This is on ongoing investigation and no further information will be released at this time.
