The Enterprise Police Department has been working a joint investigation with the Bay County Florida Sheriff’s Office in an effort to identify, locate, and arrest individuals involved in the July 6th burglary/arson in the 3000 BLK of Hwy 167N Enterprise, AL.  On July 7, 2015 the Enterprise Police Department received information from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office advising they may have identified several suspects and recovered some of the stolen property from this burglary. Approximately 24 firearms were recovered which included rifles, shotguns, and handguns.

Working off of information provided by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office, the Enterprise PD Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on an individual resulting in a lead in the burglary investigation.  The information obtained led Detectives to make contact with Thomas Michael Worth who was in possession of a stolen motorcycle from Bay County, FL.  EPD Narcotics Officers arrested Thomas Michael Worth, age 34, of Columbus, GA for Receiving Stolen Property 1st, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  This arrest provided additional leads for Detectives in the burglary investigation.

On July 9, 2015, EPD Detectives identified four suspects involved and obtained warrants of arrest on these individuals.  Thomas Michael Worth, Brett Allen Creamer, age 30; Justin Allen Paradise, age 29, of Bay County, FL; and Carl Hickox III, age 23, of Dothan, AL have pending arrest warrants for Burglary 3rd.  Worth is currently in the Dale County Jail and Creamer is at the Calhoun County FL Jail at this time on other charges.  Multiple Law Enforcement Agencies are searching for Justin Allen Paradise and Carl Hickox III, who have not been apprehended at this time. Justin Allen Paradise is a white male, 6”00”, 220 lbs., brown hair with brown eyes and Carl Hickox III is a white male, 5’08”, 150 lbs., red hair with blue eyes.  The Alabama State Fire Marshalls are continuing their investigation and arson charges are still pending in this case.  The Enterprise Police Department would like to thank the Bay County Sheriff’s Office and the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in this investigation.  This is an ongoing investigation and no further information will be released at this time.

The Enterprise Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is investigating the burglary/arson and asks that anyone with information regarding this crime to contact the Enterprise Police Department at (334) 347-2222 or leave us a tip at www.enterprisepd.com
