Enterprise Police Department


July 28, 2016


 


Enterprise Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is currently investigating the possible forced abduction of a Female Shelby Sanders (20 years of age).  Witnesses reported that at approximately 7 AM this date, the suspect, white male Kenneth Polk (33 years of age) got into an argument with Sanders while at Horizon South Trailer Park.  Witnesses stated that they got into a physical altercation and Polk then forced Sanders into his vehicle and fled the scene.


They were occupying a White Chevy Malibu with black rims accented with red.  The hood of the vehicle had black stripes on the hood.  Polk was last seen wearing a black tank top and blue jeans.  They are believed to be in route to Samson, AL.  The public is asked that if they know the whereabouts of these individuals please notify the Enterprise Police Department at 334-347-2222.

The Enterprise Police Department has located Shelby Sanders the victim of the earlier reported abduction safe and unharmed.  The investigation will continue and there are no criminal charges at this time.
