A 1998 Peterbuilt was traveling North on U.S. 29 in the inside travel lane just North of Jackson Street when the semi trailer changed from the inside to the oustide travel lane. As the vehicle changed lanes, the load of peanuts in the trailer shifted to the curvature of the roadway. The semi then flipped onto the passenger side making contact with a utility pole and other City of Century equipment. Traffic was stopped in both directions for several hours while the vehicle was uprighted from the middle of the roadway. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
