FATAL SHOOTING OUTSIDE OKALOOSA ISLAND NIGHTCLUB UNDER INVESTIGATION

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that led to the death of a Fort Walton Beach man early this morning. Deputies were called to The New Green Frog at 1216
North Santa Rosa Boulevard around 3:30 a.m. in response to multiple shots fired outside the establishment. The victim, in his early twenties, entered the club bleeding profusely and died later at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.

The victim of this morning’s deadly shooting on Okaloosa Island has been identified as 21-year old Timothy Stocker Junior of 100 Harbeson Avenue in Fort Walton Beach. Investigators with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office say Stocker died at Fort Walton
Beach Medical Center after being shot multiple times outside the New Green Frog nightclub on Santa Rosa Boulevard around 3:30 a.m.
Callers reported hearing a series of gunshots near the business at that time. Stocker reportedly fled into the entryway prior to being transported to the hospital.
