Fatality in Geneva County Last Week has Been Identified

DOTHAN POST – The identity of the individual involved in the fiery crash that occurred Thursday, April 9, has been identified.  Terry Chris Owens, 53, of Graceville, Fla., was driving a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja that collided head-on with a 2002 Ford F-450.   Owens was pronounced dead at the scene by Geneva County Coroner Hagler Ward.  The driver of the Ford was not injured.  The crash occurred at 5 a.m. on Geneva County 49 three miles north of Faydette.  Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
