Federal Judge Denies Release Of Siegelman

ALABAMA:   The Federal Judge from Georgia denied former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman's request to be released from federal prison pending appeal.


The Judge did say Siegelman's appeal raises serioius and significant issues that need to be addressed, he doubted the appeals court would order a new trial.


So Siegelman remains in jail. While the Judge who is a wife beater remains free and drawing a six figure check. And the wife beater Judge can not hear any cases.


The wife beater judge threw the book at Siegelman in his sentencing as if he was throwing a object at his wife!!!!


Siegelman was a product of politics in his conviction.
