Federal Judge Kicks Out FIRED Dothan Police Cpl. Carney Lawsuit

MONTGOMERY:   The United States of America Federal Court Judge, Honorable Keith Watkins, kicked with both feet the lawsuit of former Dothan Police Corporal Raemonica Carney.


Judge Watkins commented in his 61 page ruling that Carney violated the department's social media policy and engaged in gross insubordination.


Carney, terminated Dothan Police Captain Keith Gray, along with Ruth Nelson and Jon Carroll AKA Mose Kalev AKA HenryCountyReporter have participated in a deliberate attack on Dothan Police Chief Steve Parrish, Dothan Police, former Houston County Sheriff Andy Hughes, former Dothan Police Officer Mike Magrino, Dothan Police Captain Bubba Ott and many others.


These four have accused the ones listed and other agencies of criminal activity, racial discrimination and many other things.


In Federal Court judge Keith Watkins 61 page ruling, Judge Watkins penned:


" it is undisputed that Carney repeatedly disobeyed orders from a superior officer, which in the Department's view, constitutes gross insubordination. Carney has offered no evidence establishing that an officer of another race received more favorable treatment in response to insubordination" .


Much more that could be written from the 61 page ruling from United States Federal Court Judge Keith Watkins. But the above paragraph really sums up the matter.

Please allow the statement from Judge Watkins to end the Carney, Gray, Nelson and Carroll terrorism.


They have spewed the racial allegations, the accusations which are false, twisted the words from people. They have twisted tape recordings from conversations to fit their conspiracy theory. They have twisted documents and pictures to fit their sick and demented minds.


In Carney and Gray, it was their hands that caused them to be terminated. It was not race that caused it.


Nelson and Carroll, two misguided individuals. And Jon Carroll is a psychotic nut, in my opinion.
