Fire Chiefs Meet With Houston County Commission on funding

HOUSTON COUNTY: This morning officials from Houston County Volunteer Fire Departments met with the Houston County Commission in a work session. The meeting was to discuss funding.
Cowarts Fire Chief Roger Nall and Ashford Fire Chief Jimmy Posey told the commissioners that revenue has not changed but expenses continue to increase.
The fire officials and commission are discussing funding options.
