Florida Man Charged with Two Counts of Aggravated Battery

On 10-02-2015, Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Bumpnose Road for an altercation involving a subject that was biting a female. Upon arrival, officers had to tase the suspect, Adrian Lamar Graham, to get him off of the victim. The victims children were present, and attempting to stop Graham from hurting their mother. Graham had to be restrained, and then transported to Jackson Hospital for injuries he sustained from the children defending the victim. Graham was admitted to the hospital.
The victim sustained multiple bite wounds, an injury to her eye, and was struck in the head with a metal object. She was transported to Southeast Medical Center in Alabama.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained by both the victim and suspect, the investigation continued until 10-3-15. Graham was charged with Aggravated Battery with Bodily Injury, and Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon.
