WDHN reported today that there could be plea bargain brewing in the case of former Dothan attorney Mitch McNab. In fact, the defense and prosecution huddled today behind closed doors but it's not clear what was discussed.
McNab is accused of bilking people who trusted them with their money out of more than $10-million. Ken reports several alleged victims were in court with McNab today but he never looked at them. He said one person left the courtroom crying but not sure if she was a victim or not.
It would seem logical that District Attorney Doug Valeska would make no deal without blessings from the victims.
Read the story here and see the only video (as far as we know) of McNab since his arrest.
