Four People Charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking

On September 5, 2012 the Dothan Police Department Narcotic Unit served a search warrant at a residence located in the 5600 block of Willie Varnum Road in conjunction with an ongoing investigation. Upon arrival, an active methamphetamine lab was located within a center bedroom of the residence. Contact was made with James Bolt, Johnny Ward Jr., Bradley Starling, Adrianna Hollowell and Heather O’Neil who all admitted to using methamphetamine and having knowledge of the active methamphetamine lab. A search of the residence was conducted where approximately half a gallon of methamphetamine oil was located along with approximately 3-4 grams of finished methamphetamine. Police also located several precursor materials involving the manufacturing of methamphetamine along with byproducts to include drug paraphernalia. All suspects were placed under arrest for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking (methamphetamine).
The Dothan Police Department would like to thank the Houston County Sheriffs Office for their assistance with this case.
· Johnny Ward, white male, 54 years of age, of Willie Varnum Road was arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking with a $90,000 bond.
· James Bolt, white male, 53 years of age, of Flynn Road was arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking with a $90,000 bond.
· Bradley Starling, white male, 37 years of age, of Willie Varnum Road was arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking with a $90,000 bond.
· Heather O’Neil, white female, 33 years of age, of Oscar Godwin Road was arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking with a $90,000 bond.
· Adrianna Hollowell, white female, 22 years of age, of Fairfield Drive was arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Drug Trafficking with a $90,000 bond.
