Fugitive from Justice Captured in Marianna

Marianna: On February 3, 2013 at approximately 3:10pm, Officers with the Marianna Police Department received a call in reference to a wanted person at the business of Da Bayou. Officers were advised that the manager, Margaret Rabon, was hiding someone in the office of the restaurant. Upon officers making contact with Rabon, Rabon advised them that there was no one else there at the restaurant. As Officers began to check the office of the restaurant, they located a white female who was identified as Keysha Bourque. Bourque was found to have an active warrant out of Houston County, AL for Escape. Bourque was arrested and charged with Fugitive from Justice for the warrant of Escape. Rabon was arrested and charged with Harboring a Fugitive. Both subjects were transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility to await first appearance.

Charges: Harboring a Fugitive
