This upcoming 4th of July Weekend 2014; on Saturday July 5th  (Yes, On July 5th) @Peavy Park located at 805 Bellwood Rd., in Enterprise, Alabama; IAmTheNash Event Planning and Promotions will be holding the very first "Grills" & "Wheels" Showcase and Family Day in The Park.  This event will primarily feature the BYOG ( Bring Your Own Grills) Cook Out and Ride Your Own Wheels Showcase. The Bring Your Own Grills Cook Out will feature local residents in the area who are willing to bring their own bbq grills and show off their individual "grilling" talents to the community; the people will ultimately decide who has the best tasting bbq in the park; all food is completely FREE and voluntarily sponsored from people who are willing to compete. There is no charge to enter the grill off and there is no charge for any of the food items. And lastly, the Ride Your Own Wheels Showcase will function much like a Car-Bike Show; however, the object of this is to simply get out and enjoy the fun in the sun, socialize with the people, taste the food, and let others enjoy looking at your one-of-a-kind vehicle (car or bike); both competitions will have a trophy rewarded and will be judged by majority decision of those who make up the crowd. The park will also be set up with inflatables for the kids and will have a live dj and open mic for people who may want to showcase their singing skills. We will also have artists from "here-in-Alabama", Georgia, and Florida who will be traveling into Enterprise, AL to perform, network, and spread word of their current music and upcoming endeavors in the music-entertainment business. This is something different and new to the Enterprise area and we are hoping it will be well received and we are looking to have the best turn out possible. This event is open to the public; all ages may attend. Again it takes place at Peavy Park (805 Bellwood Rd.) in Enterprise, AL; from 2pm until 8pm on Saturday July 5th.Food, Live Music, Open Mic, and Inflatables will be provided.
