Geneva County Sheriff’s Office Makes Another Drug Bust

On July 18, 2012 Geneva County Drug Task Force Agents Annie Ward and Eugene Campbell conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of Alabama State Highway 52 and Geneva County Road 65. DTF Agents initially stopped the vehicle for a seat belt violation. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, the driver would not keep his hands out of his pockets. Agents asked him to take his hands out of his pockets. It was then discovered the driver had a Glass Pipe. The driver also had 3 grams of Methamphetamine in a container in his possession. The Agents then found more Methamphetamine in the center console of the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was Donavan Blake Spenard and the passenger was Roger William Pace.
Spenard was charged with Possession of a Controlled Susbtance (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Glass Pipe).
Pace was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).
