Geneva Girls Fast Pitch Going To World Series

The Geneva Recreation Department’s Girls Fast Pitch (Ten and Under) has advanced their way to the World Series in Troy, Alabama on July 27, 2012. The girls won the District, Regional, and State Championship in Eufala yesterday! They will now represent the State of Alabama in the World Series in Troy, AL. The only problem is... They need YOUR help! They need donations to help them finance for new uniforms that are required to compete in the World Series. The parents and grand parents have been paying for the things needed. You can drop off the checks at the Geneva Recreation Department or at the Geneva County Sheriff’s Office. The girls will also be taking up money in a bucket on Alabama State Highway 52 near the Old Mexico Restaurant.
Geneva Girls are now State Champions. We need your help to go all the way. Girls 10 and under have made the Nationals and are headed to the WORLD SERIES. PLEASE DONATE TO HELP THEM PAY FOR THEIR TRIP TO TROY ALABAMA. WE WANT TO WIN FOR OUR HOME TOWN OF GENEVA ALABAMA.GO GIRLS.
PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABE TO GENEVA RECREATION DEPARTMENT. NO AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL. THANK YOU AND WISH US LUCK!!!!
