Governor Siegelman Has Oral Arguements On Appeal

ALABAMA: Former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman attorney’s will argue on the Governor’s behalf on the appeal of his conviction.
Governor Siegelamn is being represented by Gregory White. White served under President Obama as White House Counsel.
Siegelman was sentenced to 6 12 years by a Federal Judge who is prohibited to serve on cases. The Enterprise native, Mark Fuller, was arrested in Atlanta Georgia for beating his wife in an Atlanta hotel. Fuller entered into a pre trial diversion program where you exchange cash for the charges to be dismissed. Fuller also underwent treatment to learn how not to beat his wife.
Others have received two year sentences for the white collar crimes. But Judge Fuller slapped Siegelman with a 6 1/2 year sentence.
Others have received jail time for beating their wives. Fuller has no cases but still receives a six figure check direct deposited into his personal bank account.
