Graceville Man Arrested on Drug Charges

On Tuesday September 1, 2015 at approximately 4:30 pm, Investigators with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division, and the Jackson County Drug Task Force went to a residence located on Satellite Road near Graceville Florida, in order to apprehend William Russell Armstrong, whom had an outstanding arrest warrant for Violation of State Probation. At the residence Investigators made contact with Williams where he was arrested for the warrant. While at the residence Investigators conducted a search of the residence where approximately 1.5 grams of a white powdery substance was located that later tested positive for methamphetamine. Upon further search of the residence, Investigators also located several glass smoking pipes and a set of digital scales. At the conclusion of the investigation Armstrong was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Correctional Facility.

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
