OZARK:    At about 12:15 PM today officers with Ozark Police called for mutual aid assistance to Mary McClendon Road.


Mary McClendon Road runs off Highway 105 towards Skipperville.


Ozark Police were serving a search warrant on Mary McClendon Road. There was a disturbance with the residents on Mary McClendon. Ozark Police called for Dale County Sheriff Deputies and Alabama Department of Law Enforcement - Troopers to respond.


At least two persons went to the Dale County Jail. One person, a female, required medical attention when she arrived at Dale County Jail.


Units also called for assistance at the jail when family members arrived at the jail.


Residents provided RSN with video of a incident which occurred sometime in May. In what was described as "police sent snitches" attempting to buy narcotics, residents of Mary McClendon Road whipped up on them.


The residents said that is what prompted the search warrant today.
